POLESTAR 2 - ''ARCTIC EXPLORER''
is a cross-country version of the current Polestar 2. Inspired by the cold and harsh north the car got a very robust and active appearance. Bold and strong surfaces with polygonal details and orange "cut'', which goes around the whole car, make this version very characteristic and iconic.

Official Guidelines
We are pleased to announce that 2019 selection has concluded: 10 designers from all over the world have been nominated and now it’s time to enter the core phase of the competition.Your task is to create a special version based on the here below existing production, or concept cars.
You should focus on exteriors mainly; you are allowed to add accessory parts, or replace original OE components, specifically the bumpers, front grilles, side skirts, spoilers, wheel arches, mouldings, alloy wheels and colours.
No modifications whatsoever to the original bodywork are permitted.
You must choose freely at least 2 models, preferably 1 from each category. The submitted projects will be assessed by a technical Committee of designers of car makers which will select the winners (1 for Urban cars / Crossover + 1 for Sports cars).
The judgement of the Committee will be absolutely final. The following factors will be considered in the evaluation:
• Design and styling language coherence with the brand
• Originality and innovation
• Elegance
• Comprehensiveness of the work done and feasibility
